Social events

After a stimulating scene-setter in the welcome session of the 23rd of November, there will be a lot to discuss. All delegates are invited to join us for an ice-breaking drink at the Mikis Theodorakis Theater and enjoy the beautiful old harbor of Chania while getting to know fellow delegates. Admission is free for all registered participants.

We are excited to announce that the EMEC25 conference dinner with Cretan cuisine and Greek dances will be held on Monday, 24 November at 20:00 at Nykterida Restaurant offering an exceptional and panoramic view of the "White Mountains" and Souda Bay. One ticket for this event is included in the Full registration package. Additional tickets can be purchased online or onsite during the conference. 

Buses will depart at 19:30 from “Kriti Hotel” located in the city center of Chania. You can view the location of 'Kriti Hotel" on Google Maps here.
